Dark Cloud Cover
A bearish reversal signal. In an uptrend, a long green candlestick is followed by a long red candlestick that opens above the prior green candlestick's high. The second candlestick must close well into the first candlestick’s body.
Gravestone Doji
The pattern illustrates an unsustainable bull rally where price drives up to new highs in trading, but sellers take control by market close. It is a warning for longs that the uptrend is losing momentum and bears may retake the market soon.
Hammer
Hammer is a potentailly bullish pattern which occurs during a downtrend. It is named because the market is hammering out a bottom.

Piercing Pattern
The piercing line is a bullish reversal pattern which is composed of a long black body followed by a white body. It tells that the market opens lower on the opening and closes above the midpoint of the prior body.
Morning Star
The morning star is a bullish reversal pattern which is composed of a long black body, a star gaps away from the black body, and a long white body. The third candle is the confirmation of the reversal. It is named because it appears in the morning before the sun rises.

Cup and Handle
Normally found as a correction pattern after a sustained upward price movement. Pattern begins with the cup, in which the highs and lows when connected are in the shape of a "U". The second top in the "U" should be slightly lower than the first top.
Double Bottom
A reversal pattern whereby a bottom is formed, followed by a correction rally, and subsequently followed by a second bottom.
Ascending Triangle Formation
A bullish candlestick pattern which may indicate price breakout above the upper resistance line.
Above Upper Ascending Triangle
A candlestick pattern where the stock price is above the previous resistance point.
Descending Triangle Formation
A bearish candlestick pattern where prices are descending towards the support line.
